Victor Music is an Italian music and entertainment direction agency based between Milan and the lakes. For more than twenty years we have designed the soundtrack of weddings and events: live artists, DJs, audio and lighting production, and day-of coordination — all under one creative direction.

Over the past few years we have built a dedicated structure for international couples and destination wedding planners who choose Italy. A single point of contact in English supports you from the first call to the final dance, coordinating artists, technical setup and the rhythm of the day with the venue, the catering and the planning team.

Italy is our playground. We regularly travel from our base in Lombardy to the most iconic wedding destinations in the country, working with the venues, hotels and planners that international couples love.

Lake Como

Villa weddings in Bellagio, Cernobbio, Tremezzo and Como city. We know the timing of boat transfers, the acoustics of historic villas and the local technical regulations.

Lake Maggiore

From Stresa to the Borromean Islands, Arona and Belgirate. We have a long-term partnership with venues across the Piedmont and Lombardy shores.

Lake Garda

Sirmione, Salò, Bardolino and the Garda hills: lakeside ceremonies, garden receptions and panoramic dance floors.

Urban weddings in historic palaces, design venues and rooftop locations: the city as a stage, with sound and lighting tailored to architecture.

Countryside weddings in Chianti, Val d’Orcia, Florence and the coast: relaxed atmospheres, long open-air dinners and full-night parties under the stars.

Venice

Symbolic ceremonies, palazzo dinners and lagoon transfers: a unique production challenge that we coordinate with experienced local planners.

A coherent musical journey across ceremony, aperitif, dinner and party. We listen to your story and design the soundtrack around it, not around a fixed catalogue.

Live artists & DJs

String trios, harp and violin, soloists, jazz and swing bands, party bands, sax players and DJ entertainers. International repertoire and Italian flavour.

Audio & lighting production

In-house audio service and lighting design for ceremony, dinner, dance floor and architectural lighting. Discreet by day, scenographic by night.

Day-of coordination

A music director on site to manage cues, microphones, speeches, first dance and timing — in sync with the planner, the catering and the venue staff.

Dedicated destination wedding consultant

A single contact in English (and Italian) who follows you from the first enquiry to the final review meeting, handling the specific needs of guests travelling from abroad: timing, transfers, hotels, technical riders and local permits.

Site inspection

When useful, we visit the venue with you or with the planner, mapping acoustics, power, stage and lighting opportunities.
Production & rehearsal

We coordinate artists, technical riders, transport and rehearsals, sharing a detailed run-of-show with the planning team.
On the day

A music director on site from setup to last song: cues, microphones, transitions and a calm, experienced presence backstage.
